Archery holds a distinguished place among the Sunnah sports, supported by numerous narrations from the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) that emphasise its virtue and encourage its practice.

Swimming is a beneficial and encouraged physical activity in Islam, promoting strength, endurance, and well-being. It supports the believer in maintaining good health, fulfilling the rights of the body, and developing discipline and resilience.
