Prophet Muhammad ﷺ
Horse riding develops balance, coordination, and core strength. It builds stamina, improves posture, and enhances overall body awareness.
Horse riding teaches focus, patience, and non-verbal communication. It allows riders to connect with a creation of Allah in a unique way, while helping to reduce stress and improve mental well-being.
Horses hold a special place in Islam and are mentioned in the Qur'an. Allah swears by them and the dust raised by their hooves (100:1–5), highlighting their nobility and status. Engaging with horses connects us to a tradition valued in our deen.
The Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and grant him peace) had a deep love for horses and treated them with great care and gentleness, teaching us compassion and respect towards animals.
